Evangeline Louse Hartley was born on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 1:59 pm. Baby Eva was 8 pounds 1.6 ounces and 20 inches long. Everything went smoothly, and we all came home from the hospital on Friday.

Eva doesn’t look like she just fought her way through the birth canal. Her bright eyes are lovely. She looks very allert. ‘Love’ her names. Thank you – what an honor. I haven’t looked at the video yet. I couldn’t wait to comment. Love all of you.
